I have WinXP Pro and a USB D-link DSL200 modem.
I have problem to upload, my maximum velocity is 3 ( i would have 13 ) and if someone try to take from me something the upload during some second and after stop it...
Anyone call help me ?

The problem is in all programms (WinMX, eDonkey ... ).
I use ADSL PPPoATM Null.
Motherboard MSI KT3Ultra with Via KT333 chipset and AMD 1800+.
